I used Image-Adjustments-Curves to lighten the image and then used the healing and patching techniques. The top image is the original and the bottom image is the retouched image.
I used Image-Adjustment-Curve first and then I used the clone source-show overlay to remove the wrinkles on the forehead and patches below eyes. The top image is the original and the bottom image is the retouched one.

OMG.. you ARE going to make me look like Aishwarya Rai, after all! This is incredible. I did not know you could alter images in such a radical manner. Nice work, Manni.
